The role and opportunities
As a Graduate in Marketing, Operations and Strategy, you’ll be a part of the Nordic COO Office team at EY. Our team consists of 70 passionate professionals from varied educational and cultural backgrounds, creating a rich and inclusive workplace environment.
Led by the Nordic COO, our team drives the strategic and business transformation agendas for EY Nordics. This involves working on projects across various functional domains to solve key challenges and identify ways to improve our business in the Nordics.
The graduate role will give you valuable insights into the core branding, marketing, and communications operations in one of the world’s leading professional services firms while also allowing you to develop a broad consulting toolbox.
Focus on developing your leadership skills will begin from the start. You will have a dedicated graduate program roadmap to ensure that you are on the right track, be it in terms of learning the ropes of the business or the skills to empower you as a future leader.
Learning, a key focus area, will be enabled through active coaching and mentoring, apart from collaborating and interacting with leaders and employees in the organization; helping you build a broad network across the globe, not just the Nordics.
You'll be surrounded by supportive colleagues and immersed in a diverse culture, enabling you to reach your full potential. Beyond work, we also organize various social events, such as summer party, design sprint sessions, offsite learning days, Friday bars, to strengthen our team spirit.
